Kung Pao Paneer is an Indo- Chinese recipe. However, also you are surely going to love this quintet, If you are a paneer addict. Kung Pao Paneer has a mix of Indian spices and Chinese flavors. Unlike, Chili Chicken, it does not have too important soy sauce in it rather the flavor comes from the Indian spices added to it. The other twist to the form is adding crushed peanuts. Do try to use interspersed peanuts because it'll add a unique flavor to this dish. Kung pao Paneer is a great road- food- style form for all the insectivores out there. 

Constituents of Kung Pao Paneer. 

 4 Servings 

250 gm diced into cells paneer 

11/2 teaspoon sludge flour 

2 dry red chili 

1 medium diced capsicum( green pepper) 

1 sprinkle diced spring onions 

1/4 mug crushed peanuts 

gm swab 

water as needed 

teaspoon red chilli sauce 

2 teaspoon vegetable oil painting 

tablespoon diced garlic 

1 medium thinly sliced onion 

teaspoon soy sauce 

1 tablespoon red chilli greasepaint 

gm black pepper 


How to make Kung Pao Paneer. 

Step 1 

Coat the paneer with the masala 

In a coliseum, add paneer cells along with chili greasepaint, swab, pepper, and 1 tbsp cornflour. Mix everything well. 

Step 2 

Shallow shindig paneer cells 

Heat Oil Painting in a visage and also add paneer cells. Shallow shindig them till they turn golden brown in color. formerly done, transfer them to an spongy paper. Now, saute garlic on the same visage. 

Step 3 

Combine the rest constituents 

Now, add onions and red chillies. Saute them until the onions turn translucent. Next, add capsicum. and saute it for 2 mins. formerly done, add chili sauce, peanuts, soy sauce, and 1 tbsp cornflour( blend 1/2 teaspoon of cornflour in 1 teaspoon of water). Mix to combine everything well. Cook for 3 mins. 

Step 4

Add the fried paneer cells 

Eventually, add fried paneer cells along with swab. Mix everything well and then cook for about 1- 2 mins. 

Step 5 

Your Kung Pao Paneer is now ready to serve 

Garnish it with spring onions. Your Kung Pao Paneer is now ready. Enjoy.

Prefer Interspersed peanuts over normal peanuts to add redundant flavor to the form. 

You can also add in further veggies like sludge, bell peppers, if you want.
