 Women will get a loan of Rs 1 lakh at 0% interest

Launched "Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana" for women of Gujarat on the occasion of the birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendrabhai Modi. Our aim is to provide financial support to a total of 50 lakh people in the family by connecting 10 lakh sisters through 1 lakh Sakhi Mandals in this scheme. By calling women as Shaktisvarupa, we will achieve the goal of all-round development of femininity by making the proud place given to her in our culture as a male equivalent female power in the present times.

For the first time in the state, by launching Mukhyamantri Mahila Kalyan Yojana, more than 10 lakh mothers and sisters will be given loans at zero percent interest. A total of 10 lakh mothers and sisters of 1 lakh women's groups in the state will get the benefit of Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana.


Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has decided to launch Mukhyamantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana to provide loans up to Rs.1000 crore at zero per cent interest to make 10 lakh women of the state self-reliant. Will give power. Under Mukhya Mantri Mahila Utkarsh Yojana, a total of 1 lakh Joint Liability and Earning Group-Mahila Group will be formed in rural areas of the state with Rs 60,000 in rural areas and Rs 50,000 in urban areas. Each women's group will be able to get a loan of Rs 1 lakh.

The Chief Minister has adopted a women welfare approach in which the interest of the loan of this scheme will be borne by the State Government. It has also decided to waive the stamp duty for this loan. The state government has allocated a budget of Rs 15 crore for this. Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has taken a noble approach that even the existing women's groups whose bank loans have been repaid in the state can avail the benefits by registering as Joint Liability and Earning Group to avail the benefits of the scheme.

He also announced incentives under the scheme to form more and more sister groups to ensure that the benefits of the scheme reach the mothers and sisters in the hinterland of Chhewada. Accordingly, an incentive assistance of Rs. 500 will be given to the community resource person-supporter who will help in the formation of such groups.
